Back Issues


Back issues are available for all issues of the SAFO published.

Back issues that are not "out of print" cost $3.00 each plus postage. Back issues that are "out of print" are available as Xerox copies for $4.00 plus postage. An estimate of the cost of postage can be made by using a weight of 4 oz. per issue and going to the United States Postal Service's website (usps.com). If more than two issues are ordered, add 4 oz. and $2.00 for a padded envelope. For a more accurate estimate of the postage, please contact us with a list of the issues desired, and you will be sent the exact cost including postage and packing.
